4. Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We photograph our products to represent them as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and different mobile or monitor screens.
5. Are the bangles suitable for weddings and special occasions?
Yes. Our collections are specially designed for weddings, engagements, festivals, bridal functions, and traditional celebrations.
6. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver across India. We also ship internationally. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within <strong>4–5 working days</strong>. Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.
8. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. However, personalized or customized products require full advance payment.
9. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer Free Shipping across India on orders above ₹1000.
10. Can I return or exchange this product?
Customized and personalized products are non-returnable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with your Order ID and an uncut parcel opening video.
11. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please record an uncut video while opening the parcel. If the product is damaged or incorrect, share the video along with your Order ID within 24 hours for assistance.
